Nice place in a lovely location

Hotel was in a lovely location in the town. The room was spotless and comfortable. Only down side was the air conditioning made a dripping noise that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was an additional €11 which was expensive for what you got. I would have this in the town. I have to say the staff were lovely and very friendly

Es un hotel viejo, los muebles de la habitación tal vez convendría retapizar los. El internet inalámbrico no funciona bien, se conecta y la velocidad es buena, pero se desconecta a los 5 minutos. La ubicación es buena y el restaurant muy bueno.

Desagradable experiencia....nada recomendable

Pésima....Muy mala experiencia con este hotel.... luego de un día de viaje en familia, al llegar al Hotel el personal de recepción nos dijo que no tenían habitaciones para nosotros... les mostré la confirmación de hotels.com donde nos informaron que estaba todo reservado y pagado...su respuesta fue que eso no era problema de ellos y que mi reclamo no procedía porque no hice la reserva directamente con el hotel...en fin, después de muchos años de viaje les expliqué que era la primera vez que me decían esa excusa y que necesitaba resolver la situación.... nos consiguieron un hotel de peor categoría a lo que pagamos...de verdad no se puede confiar en este hotel pues dicen que no les importa las reservaciones hechas a través de estas páginas.... no se los recomiendo porque les puede pasar igual....

Cher pour les prestations

J'ai passé 3 nuits à Bagnoles et le premier hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné n'étant plus libre pour ma dernière nuit, je suis allée à l'hôtel Le Normandie en chambre "supérieure" La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était la n°1 au premier étage. Malheureusement cette chambre est à proximité directe de l'escalier en bois qui permet l'accès aux autres chambres et le bruit des allers retours est insupportable.( grincements, bruits des pas, résonances. . ) j'ai demandé à changer de chambre. Impossible. J'ai également été déçue par le manque de luminosité dans ma chambre et le vis à vis ne vous permet pas d'ouvrir en grand les volets au risque detre vus par les voisins d'en face. J'ai choisis une chambre supérieure ( plus chère) pour avoir une baignoire mais celle dernière était vraiment petites et ne donnait pas très envie ( salle de bain vieillotte ). La déco générale manque de modernité.. un peu cher pour les prestations. Nuit pas très reposantes étant donné le bruit dès 8h du matin et le ménage quelques heures plus tard. Dommage

Excellent accueil et rapport qualité prix

Hôtel réservé à la dernière minute pour une chambre pour trois. Personnel exquis qui a été au delà des attentes pour rendre ce séjour agréable, autant avec la chambre que d'autres attentions. Dîner à l'hôtel absolument excellent et très accommodant pour notre jeune enfant. Belle chambre sur la cour au dessus de la terrasse, calme et spacieuses avec un grand lit et canapé lit pour les petits. Très grande salle de bain, le tout très propre et bien entretenues. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Une nuitée pour voyage professionnel. Personnel agréable. Accès chambres par ascenseur. Décoration chambre classique, confortable, pas stéréotypée, Bémol: manque un plateau bouilloire. Salle petit-déjeuner agréable, vue sur jardin. cet établissement possède un restaurant de bonne qualité.
