Seven Park Hotel Lake Como - Adults Only

"From the moment we arrived at Seven Park Hotel, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. It is rare to find a hotel where every member of the team consistently delivers such exceptional hospitality. Together, you have created an experience that we will remember for many years to come."

"It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was limited but OK. Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful. The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time. Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom."

"The hotel is superbly decorated , super clean and in excellent location. Staff is very very friendly. All this said, the breakfast, although diverse and rich, is not the best and the tastiest. It certainly is not the same level as the rest of the hotel. Personally I would like to have coffee/ tea facilities on the room which the hotel does not have"

"Absolutely loved our stay here in Dervio easily the best and cleanest place we stayed during our tour of Northern Italy. The B&B had a great authentic Italian feel to it, full of character and charm rather than feeling overly modern or generic. Location was perfect too, very easy to find, only a short walk from the train station, and then only a few minutes down to the waterfront and lake. Ideal base for exploring the area. The owner was brilliant and made us feel welcome straight away. We were given a welcome pack with maps, recommendations, and the best local places to visit/eat which was a really nice personal touch and made the trip even better. Couldnโt fault the place at all spotless, comfortable, and genuinely felt like a proper Italian stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Lake Como/Dervio area!"
