Hotel antigo, com algumas reformas, bem aceitável, mas no quarto que fiquei, o box do chuveiro era muito pequeno, dificultando o banho, inclusive para entrar e sair do box, foi bem complicado.

Hotel antigo, mal cuidado, mesmo em reforma. Cama ruim antiga, lençóis com cheiro desagradável, travesseiros também, jogo de toalha puidas quase um pano de chão. Elevador com problema constante. Tinham um restaurante bom antes da pandemia, agora muito ruim , poucas opções e arroz requentado. Sem falar que eles emitem a nota fiscal no preço deles , nada haver com o valor pago pelo aplicativo , mesmo sabendo da taxa. Não recomendo.

Hotel muito ruim, quarto em péssimas condições assim como a maioria dos locais que frequentei em suas instalações. Necessita de reforma total. Janela do banheiro bloqueada deixando o mesmo sem ventilação. Cheiro de mofo e paredes sujas. Moveis mal conservados. Falta administração .

EXCELENTE - só temos elogios

O Hotel está com a recepção em reforma, mas o atendimento do staff é excelente, desde a recepção, mas principalmente as meninas da cozinha do café da manhã, elas são maravilhosas e o café da manhã é muito bom, dentro do padrão geral do hotel. A experiência que tivemos foi muito agradável, usamos dois quartos, estávamos com bebê, nos levaram um berço novo e limpo. Pedidos e solicitações todas rápidas e muito cordiais. Estava com receio em razão dos comentários, mas é um hotel muito bom e honesto como opção em Bagé.

Hotel é bem localizado, no centro. Os funcionários são muito educados. O hotel necessita de dedetização, informei ao funcionário - o qual me disse que é semanal porem não esta eficaz e necessita de troca de método ou de firma.

O Hotel Obino, de Bagé, ao longo dos anos vem carecendo de manutenção nas suas instalações. Na minha última estadia quando entrei no quarto ele estava desarrumado. Cama desfeita, papel higiênico e toalha molhada pelo chão. Me trocaram de quarto... no entanto o cartão para abertura da porta não funcionou...

Ao chegarmos no hotel fomos questionados sobre o pagamento da estadia e comprovamos que mesmo tendo feito o pagamento com antecedência pelo app,a confirmação nem a reserva chegaram ao hotel,ficamos constrangidos. Além disso qdo fizemos o chkekout fomos abordados na saída do hotel por falta de pagamento,pois o app ainda não tinha enviado para o hotel o comprovante.
