A palatial room. Centre of Baeza. Walking distance to bus station. Very close to parking station. Large room with gorgeous furniture. Large bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Good internet. Cons: Rooms are around the dining area so can get noisy at mealtimes and late night celebrations. No window in my room so couldn't check the weather..or to see if it was daylight. Limate control difficult to work.

The hotel is in the town center. Good location! The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, something could be improved. 1) My leg was hurt by the sharp corner of the bench at the end of the bed. The bench can be taken away because the room is not big enough. 2) Water can be leaked through the edge of the bath tub window.

Gotta try this palace
Amazing experience, beautiful palace. A must-try experience. And the price was just right. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel.

Historic hotel in centre of town.
Amazing hotel in very centre of Baeza. Managed to park on the street 100 metres away and the cost was two euros for four hours. Imposing reception and good check in. Then into vast covered courtyard which was used as a bar and restaurant. Room was off courtyard. Large room with large bathroom, bath and double sink. This hotel was almost like a small Parador and it was a pleasure to be part of history.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the town.
Great value for our family room which had a side room behind curtains that we could sit in whilst the children went to sleep. The room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and the jacuzzi bath and lovely added surprise.

Beautiful town. Hotel was extremely close to street parking, only 5 euro per day. Staff were extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast. Only down fall for us was very slow internet connection, rest was perfect.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful city.
We stayed at this hotel for one night on the way from Santander to Southern Spain. Loved the hotel. Please do not change a thing!

Enjoyable Stay
Comfortable and clean room, lacked an outside window but opened onto central, covered courtyard. many good Restaurants in the immediate area catering for all price levels. Service was good. The local village has much of interest to see.

Architectural excellence
Lovely place. Easy to walk into town. We learned quickly where to park for free 5 mins away. Nice breakfast. Easy access to Ubeda and Cazorla though we did not to move the car for two days. Though told me that it gets very hot mid summer! May was lovely.

Neat place
Nice, comfortable hotel within walking distance to down town. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Standard European mattress. Decent continental breakfast. We would definitely go back.

Marvellous gem of a Hotel
Wonderful, wonderful medieval building, converted into a very special hotel. If you are visiting southern Spain, I strongly recommend you visit Baeza, and even better, stay at this hotel, you wont be disappointed.

Bel hôtel (patio magnifique). Accueil professionnel et attentionné. Notre chambre était joliment décorée (attention les chambres "vue intérieure" n'ont pas de fenêtre). L'environnement est joli. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Hotel céntrico, muy bonito y limpio. Buen trato del personal. El desayuno es bueno y bien de precio. Tiene un patio interior donde se ubica el comedor. En él se sirven desayunos y cenas. Es muy ruidoso para las habitaciones.

Ubicación buena y cama matrimonial aceptable. Estado de la habitación mejorable. Mala climatización y grifería. Cama supletoria para adulto propia de un albergue. No está a la altura mínima de un 4*. Nos ofrecieron solución pagando un sobrecoste que consistió en darnos una habitación doble más. Relación calidad/precio francamente abusiva. Peculiar forma de proteger al cliente en los tiempos difíciles que se le avecina a la hostelería en general. Muy decepcionados con la estancia.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel grâce aux photos et avions trouvé magique ce cadre. Passé le 1er effet kiss cool du grand patio qui abrite la salle de petit-déjeuner, on déchante vite, très vite... Le réceptionniste n’a pas été des plus agréable à notre arrivée et à chaque passage, il ne daignait même pas lever la tête. La chambre est équipée d’une très bonne literie mis n’a pas de fenêtre. Un petit volet donne sur le patio car j’ai oublié de dire que nous étions au même niveau que le patio pas très bien insonorisé. Mais ce qui a vraiment été décevant c’est l’absence d’une piscine dans un établissement comme ça. Dans une région où il fait 35 degrés à l’ombre et où il n’y a rien à faire dans le village (qui là encore la décoration au patrimoine de l’UNESCO est contestable). Bref, pas notre meilleur souvenir.

Un Palais ancien à un prix raisonnable
Même si le confort n'est pas top et encore moins la décoration des lieux, il reste les murs d'un lieu chargé d'histoire. Proche de tous les sites. Petit déjeuner complet dans la patio.

Toller und sehr liebevoll restaurierter Palast. Sehr großes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Frühstücksbuffet für 8 Euro auch sehr gut.

Sehr schickes Hotel in der Altstadt. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Öffentliche und nicht zu teure Tiefgarage liegt um die Ecke. Unser Zimmer hatte Fenster zum Patio, d.h. man musste die Fenster nachts schließen da sonst von anderen Gästen reinsgeschaut werden konnte. Das sorgte für eine stickige Luft.
