"The room was clean and just the right amount of stay for a couples vacation. The area is great, quiet and quick access to the metro and bus routes. All in all you are a bit away from the tourist areas which is great for sleep and not more than a 10-15 min metro ride to most if not all major attractions."

"The gym and room size were great so I’ll start with the positives However I had a variety of issues at this hotel. The room was on the second floor and had many small and large flies inside the room. I brought this to the attention of staff my first day and was told they’d follow up but never did. Then my 3rd and 4th nights / mornings were interrupted by DRILLING that was going on with out any informed consent to staying in the room. The room felt unclean with the flies and I was unable to rest. They did offer me to move on my final night but I was unable to do so as it was my last day in Barcelona and busy and highly inconvenient for me to pack and then unpack and repack for the airport. The room on the second floor also had a view of a dirt pile and a direct window to the trash trucks at 5am waking me up on Monday and Tuesday morning I had to follow up three times with different staff members to finally get an answer. I asked for compensation for being unable to sleep in the room I paid for and was denied support. They offered me breakfast and late check out as if that is equal in compensation to my losses at the hotel. At 300 a night I’d expect more. And I was highly disappointed in the lack of follow up and basic comfort I was offered at this hotel."

"I came for a conference and stayed for the sightseeing. The front desk sas wonderful. I had to add an extra day and instead of making me change rooms during a hectic day, the clerk did it right then and had a pleasant conversation with me All of the staff had this attitude. And it's on the beach Would gladly go again"

"We had to extend our stay somewhere booked directly with the hotel as the offered for the same price and included breakfast but we had to move rooms. We asked for at least 1 room to be ready as soon as possible and was told we would probably be able to keep one of the rooms if we book direct we was staying as my son was to ill to fly and needed another day to recover we wasn't given the room till nearly 4pm"

"This Hotel was one that i can say did not disappoint! The Staff, the room and all the facilities were outstanding. The pictures online are good but the place looks even better in person. The location was great as well. The train was right at the front door and the shopping mall was connected. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"
