Slightly dated hotel but helpful staff

Only stayed one night so experience was limit. A slightly strange layout as reception on top floor but parking at bottom. A member of staff was kind enough to drive around with me after check-in. Room was large & clean but there was a distinct musky smell. Overall the hotel was slightly dated & probably needs an upgrade but for the price we were happy.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Sonnenhof a lot. There was all a traveler needs. The hotel is centrally located. Its rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and is ready to go the extra mile for you. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of food.

Nachdem meine Frau unter der Dusche war, hörte ich Sie aufschreien.Die Dusche war extrem heiß und konnte nicht reguliert werden..Daraufhin habe ich es auch probiert und mußte feststellen, daß nur heißes Wasser rauskam und somit eine Dusche unmöglich war. Abends noch Bescheid gegeben undgesagt bekommen daß die Dusche am nĂ€chsten tag repariert wird. Dies wurde gemacht, und dabei stellte sich heraus, daß die Mischbatterie defekt war. Nach der Reparatur war alles ok. Schön wĂ€re eine Entschuldigung oder kleine EntschĂ€digung gewesen, da ein Duschen unmöglich war. Dies sollte vorher ĂŒberprĂŒft werden.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage , nur wenige Gehminuten zum Ort. Ein Parkplatz auf dem privaten GelĂ€nde steht zur VerfĂŒgung. Das Hotelzimmer war gut und sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ausgezeichnet und die Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
