Lovely hotel with amazing staff

Lovely hotel in a great location. The Hotel had some builders working who were a bit noisy, the reception staff were amazing and helped us relocate to another room. The Spa (my partner and mother used) was a little tired and some bits were out of order. Breakfast was lovely and all but one staff member were amazing. Parking was easy, it was a great break and looking forward to visit again once the building is completed.

More like a 3-3.5 star hotel. No air condition, no wifi in our room which was located in one end of the building. 2 out of 3 spa pools were closed without previous notice or excuse. Beautiful old building, nice surroundings and a good breakfast though.

Absolutely terrible - I am staying in this hotel since many years, but have never been so disappointed than this time. There is NO Internet available in your room (I was here 3 month ago and had the same problem- the excuse is the renovation of the hotel) - 4 days I was told: MAYBE TOMORROW- only lies! The safe was broken, only ONE little towel in the bathroom - the television only worked in some few channels (no main channels) - the balcony door didn’t close. When I complained and asked for a discount I was told to contact Expedia, because they don’t get paid after my Stay. This was the most frustrating stay and I will never recommend this Steigenberger Hotel in Bad Pyrmont to anybody. I am staying most of the time in different Steigenberger Hotels during my business travels and was always happy and content- but these 2 last trips in Bad Pyrmont were miserable!

In die Jahre gekommen

Leider haben wir mehr erwartet. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man sieht es an vielen Stellen. Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Keiner der 2 Whirlpools war an. Im Saunaberich blätterte der Putz von der Decke. Schimmel kam zum Vorschein.

Schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist toll. Leider wird der Komfort in der Nebensaison heruntergefahren. Beide whirlpools ausser Betrieb. Eigentlich hatte ich deswegen dort gebucht. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung machen früher zu als im Internet steht. Also Achtung falls Ihr abends anreist...Frühstück ist prima. Kurtaxe kommt beim Preis ontop. Auch das Parken in der TG, was ich nicht ok finde... Anlage ist sehr schön und Personal sehr nett.

Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung! Preis und Leistung passen hier nicht zusammen. Personal an der Rezeption ist top und sehr bemüht diese Misstände auszugleichen. Sauberkeit, die lieblose Einrichtung des Zimmers lassen leider sehr zu wünschen übrig! Keine 5 Sterne verdient und kein Steigenberger Logo würdig !!!

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig mit sehr schönem Blick in den Kurpark gelegen. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte auch für Gesundheitsbewusste eine gute Auswahl bzw. neue Anregungen. Leider war im Wellnessbereich vieles defekt und daher nicht nutzbar - auch wenn Aquafitness am Morgen angeboten wurde ist das kein Ausgleich dafür.

Das Komfortzimmer mit Minibar und Balkon lassen Wohlfühlatmosphäre aufkommen. Das Hotel hat ein vielfältiges Angebot, und das Personal ist sehr kundenorientiert. Die Kopfkissen dürften allerdings mal erneuert werden, da diese kaum noch Stabilität bieten, was sich auf den Schlaf ausgewirkt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

Lage und Personal hervorragend. Frühstück wunderbar. Wellness sehr gut. Zwei Whirlpools außer Betrieb. Zimmer werden wohl gerade renoviert. Badezimmer Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen zb.Duschvorhang und Amaturen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.
