Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "This was a delightful place to stay and the owner / manager couple were amazing. Personable, very friendly, and really, really friendly. Gave us a great tip on one place for dinner and we ate at Hotel am Park our second night. Nice location with walking into the spa complex down the road and easy and free on-site parking. Not the Ritz but warm and comfortable, especially if you are looking for a laid back experience in this area. "
