"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"Mooi ruim appartement. Hartstikke nieuw. Op goede locatie in dorp. Dichtbij lift en dichtbij winkelstraat. Iedere kamer heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Ook vaatwasser. Stond niet allemaal in de beschrijving, dus wij waren blij verrast. Skiruim met verwarming op begane grond. Eigen parkeerplaats bij appartement. Was top! "

"We stayed at this hotel for a family getaway and overall had a very relaxing experience. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Even though it rained throughout our entire stay, the scenery was still beautiful, and the hotel provided a Sommer Card for activities in the Hochkönig area—which would have been fantastic had the weather cooperated. Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!"
