"I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing."

"The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. For the age of the property and the price of the room, I was very impressed in the quality of the experience."

"The front desk clerk was ok, but he ws not very friendly upon arrival. The room and facility is very clean, but there was a very heavy scent of ammonia when we opened our room door. The bathroom does not have a ventilating fan. Our main complaint is the lack of water pressure. For 2 days there was very little. So little that my wife would not begin to wash her hair as it would take as long to rinse it out as it would to take a bath."

"My experience with the hotel was amazing and Lawanda, the front desk clerk, was very hospitable and accommodating. Unfortunately, you do have to pay for parking. However, when parking, you have access to your room floor from the parking garage which was very convenient with luggage."
