Seda Capitol Central Bacolod
Breakfast very mediocre, requested king bed and emailed property multiple times to confirm my arrival and to hold my room. They did not and to get king they upcharges me to a suite which is not a suite just a room with a couch. Second time this happened to me here. Last time I stay at seda
