Rooms had thin enough walls to hear the neighbors. Hot tub hours start mid morning which was disappointing when we planned to have a soak before breakfast. Be prepared for a big upsell at check in which they called a “welcome packet”. This was a big annoyance where they tried to sell us all sorts of excursions that we were clear we didn’t want and...
