"War beruflich dort, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Küche "

"This place was a gem.Would go back in a heartbeat"

"Das Hotel außen erinnert an ein englisches Gebäude, innen teils romantisch gemütlich, teils etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Personal größtenteils sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer war „trickreich „ zu öffnen. Das Buffet war ok. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Leider für unseren Geschmack das Gemüse zu wenig bissfest."

"Due to the slope of the roof the shower head was only about 3 feet high but they quickly moved us to a better room. The new room was great but sloped ceiling was still there. The breakfast was fantastic and free, the area has so many quiet areas to sit and relax with a cornfield on one side and a vineyard on the other. A small town with a large grocery store is a short walk away. Lots of parking on site but it does have a fee. The only downside was the supper buffet that we had for a ridiculous...

"Lovely place. Wonderful staff. I love it here. "

"Friendly and professional staff. Clean room"

"Schönes gemütliches Hotel, mit gutem Restaurant. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück. Es war nicht mein erster Besuch! Ich komme gerne wieder."

"The hotel and restaurant and the whole area around are just beautiful. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Probably the best place I've ever stayed."

"Very nice hotel in southern parts of Harzen. Great pool and spa. Excellent breakfast. Located with a great view and next to castle euins from year 908. We will definitiv return"

"Hotel liegt außerhalb. Mit Auto oder Bus ist die Stadt gut zu erreichen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber Preis Leistung stimmt"

"First of all - we paid double via Expedia compared to the couple in front of me (which paid to the hotel directly). Two things about the hotel we liked: breakfast and the pool. The lady that “welcomed” us at the reception was pretty unfriendly; the hotel was really rundown (starts with a dirty carpet when you walk inside from the parking lot, the balcony floor was horrible condition). And worst: the checkout time ist 10:00h am!!!! The same time the pool opens - I can't imagine any worse customer...

"Nice place and very close to train stop Bad Sulza. Close to city centre 1km walk. Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site. Free parking on site.😎 Very nice, kind and helpfull staff."

"Bad that there is no ice available for guests in 36C heat - otherways very, very good."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind schlicht dafür sehr gemütlich und sauber.Das Frühstück ist okay."

"Lovely old well-updated hotel in a quiet old town. So much more satisfying than a chain hotel room. Excellent value half an hour away from the industrial area at Schkopau. "

"A fine hotel, the breakfast was excellent!"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!! I will stay here again."

"Good hostel to overnight while traveling by car."

"Ein kleines, sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel unweit von Weimar mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt auf unserem Zwischenstopp Richtung Süden."

"Located within easy walking distance to most of Weimar’s historic attractions and museums. Wonderful breakfast buffet, friendly staff, very clean room."
