I had a wonderful stay in November 2025 thanks to the fantastic managers that made sure that I enjoyed my stay in Hanoi. Shout out to Vivian and Henry, they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed to make my trip memorable. When I go back to Hanoi, I will stay here without a doubt.

The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning. The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport transfer.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, however, Super small rooms and a bit uncomfortably small. Absolutely not 5-star considering the room sizes (at least with American standards)
