Good hotel in a convenient location. Some of the staff in front desk don't speak English, making communication a little bit difficult

5성급 호텔인데 스탭이 영어 못합니다. 한국어를 하는 스탭도 있지만 많지 않으며, 저녁에는 없어서 룸서비스도 쉽지 않았음. 금연 방에 머물렀는데 맞은편 방에서 문 열고 담배펴서 담배 냄새 다 넘어옴. 3박 머물렀는데 청소 상태도 깨끗하진 않았으며, 샤워부스 하수구도 막혀있었음.... 예민하지 않으면 머무르기 편하지만, 5성인데 이런게 너무 실망했습니다.

방 크기도 괜찮은 편이고 조식 잘나옴. 같이 갔던 분 방은 괜찮았는데 제 방은 샤워부스에서 물이 안빠져서 좀 짜증났었습니다.
