I have been to this place 4 years back and since then the condition has deteriorated. Rooms are not painted well, sheets have that old look, towels are worn out.
For the price we were able to get a decent deal, but we had booked an extra room for which hotel staff did not take any initiative to get us a refund.
Will call it a decent place to stay near by Anjuna beach.

A beautiful place to stay near nirvana beach. The location (clean beachfront), the grounds, the staff, the restaurant indeed every aspect of this well run resort was of a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would reccomend it to anyone without hesitation. Top stay indeed!
