I thank Anwar, Jibom (sorry for misspelling) and Faris who helped me with my suitcases at the check-out, the personnel at the Reception very welcoming, and Mahmoud and Shaheed who cleaned my room for 2 weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with the Alandalous Mall Hotel. I would stay there again next time if my business is in that part of Jeddah."

"This hotel is a gem, hidden between two very busy roads! Room was spacious, very comfortable beds and linens, and very good pillows too! A small living area is great to rest, eat and chat. Bathroom is small but shower has very good pressure. Breakfast was amazing! So many options that we’d probably need hours to be able to have a bit of everything. Egg station was great, nice selection of fruits, cereals, oats, etc. good selection of teas, and coffee was great. There was also a Starbucks store in the lobby. Parking is underground, with plenty of parking spots. It’s free. They have a small gym and a nice pool and bar on the rooftop, with nice views too. Overall we love our stay at Centro Shaheen!"

"I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends."
