"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing!"
