"While the location is good (just a 5 min walk to Nagoya Hill mall), the hotel needs a good refurbishing. The interior has shown much age, the doors cannot close properly. Most crucially, the water is not clean (frequent yellow/brown water is seen from taps) and needs to let it run and flush away before being safe to use."

It hangs and never been able to connect for at leasd 10 attempts. The hotel went out of their way to provide.me a spare room. But kt was old ans smells. Worse booking experience I had with Expedia. Money collected upfront with no confirmation from vendor, and non-existent support. "
