The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help."

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"
