General Francis Marion Hotel
This is a small historic hotel. We chose it for location, since we were driving through Virginia on 81. The staff is friendly; the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it enough we'll stop there again on our way back home

Mind was a weeknight stay between cities for my trip and at that time this hotel felt more like a contractors crew housing with the work trucks in the small parking lot. The Cabins at Healing Springs
Authentic early 1900 cabins. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a gas fireplace as well as baseboard heat both worked fast and well. Coffee pot is brew not K. They supplied enough coffee for mornings. Great night’s sleep! Don’t forget to try the healing water! Staff is wonderful. Would we stay again ...
