I called to say I was going to be in well after check in. I arrived about 2Am 10/3. Next day after 12 I received a phone call saying I was supposed to check out. I said my check out is not until Sunday 10/5 they said don't worry about it we will confirm. My keys were deactivated had I not been there when they called U wonder what they would have done with my stuff. I went to the service desk and they said I was a no show even though I called day of my check in to let them know I would be late. they could not find the paper work or copies of my id taken at the time of checkin

Our Room was very noisy due to the staff having the area where they store the furniture and at times taking their breaks throughout the night, hearing hammering in the wall adjacent to our room and their door to the outdoor patio was open. This occurred through out our stay. We did tell one of the staff but nothing was done. Not a good room to stay in. 314
