Great stay with friendly hosts. Tom was very knowledgable and gave lots of good advice about the places to see. We stayed in the Chalet in the garden which was nice and spacious, well laid out, lovely and quiet and also included a fan and air conditioning. The pool was lovely and warm and the breakfast was well presented and plenty of it. The availability of a well appointed kitchen with plenty of space for people to cook and eat was ideal - we only used it to store food in the fridge freezer, but even that was a welcome solution as we were travelling between self catering villas, so meant that we didn’t waste the refrigerated food.

Peaceful getaway

A lovely, friendly and relaxing place to stay. Our host was very knowledgable about the area and was happy to offer advice about places to see. It was helpful that the proprietor spoke fluent English in addition to several other languages. Lovely swimming pool. Great to have use of a well stocked kitchen. I would recommend Locatlantique to anyone hoping to explore the vicinity of La Rochelle.

Lovely place to stay

A lovely place to stay. Very friendly, very clean, great breakfasts - especially with Tom's useful hints about places to visit - and a lovely pool. Not under their control obviously, the only downside was the lack of restaurants around. But the kitchen facilities were brilliant, and the supermarket was only a short walk. The bus stop is really close, and the bike hire was great. A car would give you access to more eating options.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, superbe domaine dans un joli cadre verdoyant, bien situé pour visiter La Rochelle et ses environs. Une belle piscine couverte et chauffée est à disposition, c'est idéal. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse de Chantal et Thomas, à l'écoute et plein de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Une magnifique découverte !

Agréable séjour, 1ère fois en chambre d’hôtes

Très agréable séjour surtout du fait qu’il n’y ait pas trop de monde, piscine et transats disponibles à tout moment, hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants sans être envahissants très appréciable. Chambre jaune fonctionnelle, salle d’eau un peu petite, mais terrasse à l’ombre l’après-midi pour repos et dîner à deux (tout le nécessaire est à disposition à la cuisine, super!). Pour une première fois en chambre d’hôtes, c’est réussi !!

Génialissime!!

Au cours de notre retour nous avions décidé de faire un détour près de La Rochelle. Bien nous en a pris de s'arrêter à Aytré pour deux nuits. Un accueil excellent, des hôtes très avenants et sympathiques, un cadre magnifique et la piscine en sortant de la chambre. La plage à 700 m et des vélos à disposition pour y aller ou se promener. Un lieu à retourner avec plaisir.
