"Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!"

"We visited the property in November 2023. When I first arrived, the staff were very friendly, they offered a drink and a wet towel to freshen up. The staff member took us through their all-inclusive policies and ensured I was equipped with all the information for my stay. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, which was very relaxing and quiet, until it got too cold. The towels they offered around the pool area were very nice too. The hotel have an app to order to your sun lounger. The staff were quick to respond to orders and they were very friendly. The drinks were also very good, alcoholic drinks were not watered down, which is usually expected from all-inclusive holidays. The morning buffet for breakfast was A , there was something for everyone. Pastries, desserts, fruit, omelette station, freshly fried eggs, english breakfast items as well as items from around the world and fresh honey. The staff were very friendly and provided us with refreshments and support throughout the meal. Lunch buffet was a different theme every night and the food was cooked to perfection. Could not fault it. Their other 2 restaurants were really good and we were stuffed after their set menus. Staff were quick to respond to our complaint about noise from a staff door outside our room, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend this hotel!"
