"Cleanliness was fine. What we found disappointing was getting a text and an email at 8:00 in the morning asking us when we expect to check-out. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. and we had just come back from breakfast. At a hotel like Chateau Bedford you expect an elevated experience. But this didn't feel elevated at all, it felt unwelcoming and rather tacky. As an aside, we asked for a 6:00 a.m. wake-up call and it actually came at 5:00a.m."
