Valet service was severely behind schedule and police were ticketing the cars waiting for hotel valet service. Also the king size bed was not given a fitted sheet for the mattress. It was just left bare for us to sleep on! The bathroom shower had green algae on the sliding door and looked unclean. ...

Easy check-in. The lady that checked us in was so helping. She let us know that we can us Tower City to walk through to the event we went to at Rocket Arena. I had no clue there was such a thing. The room was clean and had a great tv for my tv addicted husband. LOL.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen & stayed at. All the staff were professional & friendly. The room I was in was clean, with a great Arcade view. Food & drinks were delicious, as well.
