Restaurant options in abundance and something for everyone and anywhere at various prices. Be aware that almost everything closes at 13.00 until 16.00 including supermarkets. Avola is a small lively traditional town with plenty of history and sunshine: information found at the info centre in the Piazza Umberto. A place to wind down and embrace the Sicilian way of life or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. A week is suffice."
