"Such a friendly place. The room was large, with good air con and hot water. It's not luxury but that's not what we expected for the price, and the extra touches such as the homemade soap/shampoo bar and unlimited drunking water were great. The highlights though were how lovely and helpful the staff were, and the breakfast was so good - different hot options every day with always the choice to have toast or waffles as well as fruit and yoghurt. Great value as it's included in the room price."

Hot water in the shower with lots of pressure. The airport shuttle service was very appreciated. On top of everything, it was exceptionally affordable. "In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"Very pretty location, perfect spot for relaxing in Pokhara. Particularly liked breakfast around the pool and the balcony facing the pool. "This place is very beautiful. Situated on top of the hill next to a cool Buddhist stupa and a big Shiva statue on the top of the mountain. The jacuzzi on the balcony is wonderful! Amazing location. Great staff. Good food. View not too great because of the smoke covering all of Nepal right now."
