"The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."

"Very nice to disconnect. It is far from everything, there is norhing around, only fields and cows. The host were lovely and they cooked for us delicious dinners in the evenings. Breakfasts were delicious too !"

"La chambre que nous avons eu au rez de chaussée et la salle de bain étaient vétustes et mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement mais tout était propre Le personnel est très accueillant et la restauration du soir était très bien. "Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"Le mieux c est l accueil et le parking… Mais, le logement ne correspond pas aux photos ! C est du vol. En effet suite à échanges à l accueil il existe 8 types d hébergement et donc avec 32 photos « expédia » on ne peut pas comprendre lesquelles correspondent au logement loué… Donc pas de plaque de cuisson, de micro onde ou de grill pain pourtant présents en photo 4… Aucun couvert, même pas un verre, un couteau ou une cuillère pourtant il y a au moins un évier et un frigo. La laverie est ? Sale...

"The location was good, easy walking, parking across the street. The only issue was it was a top floor room without air-conditioning. To be fair, it was much warmer than usual in the area. "
