"The Central Hotel was a very friendly, convenient, pet friendly hotel. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the food in the restaurant/breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, it was a lovely stay and we will definitely stay again."

The evening meal and breakfast all homemade were outstanding. We highly recommend this beautiful chateau to anyone visiting the area. "We spent two lovely days in Pau and were delighted to be guests in the Hotel Le Roncevaux for that time. It is an older hotel but is nicely upgraded with all modern conveniences. And the location in Pau is perfect for the visitor. The staff was friendly, courteous and made the extra effort to ensure our satisfaction. I recommend the hotel without any hesitation!"
