The room we reserved was not at all the room we were assigned. Room reserved had ocean view, balcony and beautiful interior. Room we were assigned had dirty carpet, tiny bathroom and no balcony. Very disappointed total ripoff. Not ok to sell one thing and assign someone totally different.

Dear Maria,I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. After looking at your confirmation it does show that you booked our standard queen no view room that neither has a balcony nor an ocean view.

My room did not look anything like the pictures, except for the bathroom. The mattress was 10 inches shorter than the bed frame. Very noticeable, and poor looking. The lamps are wonky and wobble if you touch them to turn the lights on/off. I dont recommend for a mile stone celebration, great for quick getaway/drinking party bender.

Lots of deferred maintenance: missing or burned out lightbulbs. Hallways needed closer vacuuming. Housekeeping in room was inconsistent - clean towels? Made bed? Toilet paper?4 Staff was always friendly - no or little English.

Property was very nice. Close to everything like coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, beach access, bars. Everything is close by. Room was small but nice and cozy. Clean. Nice friendly staff. Overall a good experience. Would stay against.

This hotel is close to many bars and restaurants. Although my bed was comfortable the sheets looked like they weren't washed because they had stains all over them. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is a joke and i had to run the sink to get hot water because it was taking forever to get hot water take a shower. Online says complimentary breakfast. I was told new owner nixed that. The room it's self was clean.
