"The property was nice enough. The room was clean but lots of construction going on out front. The staff was not warm and friendly. Customer service needs work. Shuttle bus driver was not that helpful. Multiple Ibis hotels and I was not sure which one was my hotel. He seemed annoyed with me asking. I walked into the restaurant to eat and a woman spoke to me as she walked out. After sitting for 10 minutes I walked into the kitchen looking for staff. A woman comes out and tracks down the woman that passed me coming in. She was the waitress!"

"I really liked the room that I got. It was modern, clean, it even had a small kitchen. Chambre 520. Overall, the Staff were really pleasant, friendly and assisted me to understand and get around with public transportation. I also didn’t have a wine bottle opener so I went to the front desk and they let me use it to open my bottle of wine. Also got free espresso when I needed it. That was nice. The one thing I didn’t like was that in the kitchen to the far right where the counter meets the wall, there was a small passageway for little ants to come on to the counter. The ants were looking for food, and I was worried my food would attract more ants but it didn’t happen. I only saw perhaps 3 ants, but for a more modern property, there shouldn’t be any. For a person like myself who had to rely on public transportation. It’s not a bad spot to travel from and to and get around Paris. From my understanding, the area is considered “Secteur-sud de Paris” in Orly/Rungis. It takes roughly an hour to get to the Eiffel Tower by public transportation. By Uber, it’s about 30 minutes. So if you’re not in a hurry, you don’t need an Uber. I would have liked to get to know the Staff better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!"

"The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then pay for further hours. The car park is quite a walk and needs signs to walk to the buildings, they do have a gof cart service & friendly driver called Adam who gave us tour of the ground’s & history of the place …reception didn’t tell us about this though, so it took a while until we spotted him. If breakfast isn’t included it is expensive for what it is. The other meals were fantastic though. There is no tv area in the hotel though and this would have been helpful for me as my husband worked in our room for a few hours so not being able to watch Roland Garros or sit by the pool was frustrating. Overall a wonderful break …great venue to be outside of Paris but easily accessible and fantastic to visit Versailles"
