The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! "This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

"Aucun personnel physique. J’ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les instructions pour récupérer clés, le petit déjeuner est dans la chambre ( frigo/ machine à café) qui encombre la chambre. Pas de climatisation et chambre donnant sur la route et la gare au 1 er … la décoration mexicaine est vraiment curieuse pour un hôtel avec ce nom "
