"Exterior of the property was not well maintained and trees, grass, and bushes were overgrown covering walkways. Inside the property though, it was clean and well kept. Disappointed no bath tub in the room and was just a shower. At check in, the guy at the desk did not seem to be happy or interested in his job and lacked the friendliness that usually accompanies check in. Most dining options were at least 15 miles away and nothing near the hotel within walking distance other than a dennys...

"For the hotel in a small town, the room rate was almost $200.00 with taxes - more than I wanted to pay for such a modest room. Breakfast was more than adequate however, and staff was very nice."
