It wasn't spotless by any means, but not what I would consider dirty. We go in the lobby when we checked in at night or when we left at 7am. After a long day at work, it was so nice to have a comfortable bed. Although we were disappointed the heated pool was out(we were looking forward to that), at least were able to be comfortable.
