"The resort is a new, bright rising star in Sonoma. Beautiful amenities, consummated design, top-notch restaurant, and excellent staff shift the hospitality standards in the wine county even higher. Things that impressed us: attention from the personal from the very first moment, restaurant menu, wine list, and cuisine level, furniture in the room and common areas, fantastic breakfast. We learned that the resort opened just four months ago, and they are getting ready for another summer season. "Love this place and stay here whenever in town to visit friends (if there's a room available; in summer it's almost always full!) Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms, right on the lake, with a swimming pool and kayaks for the lake. Reminds me of a New England style camp I saw in the movies. But it's California, on the largest natural fresh water lake in the state. Thanks for a great visit every time, Skylark~!*"
