Nothing wrong with the property, but the parking was limited due to a High School Prom the night we stayed there. Overall a great stay and super quiet, even with the prom going on downstairs.

I have stayed here many times over the past three years. During check in I was informed that they no longer have complimentary parking but they outsourced the paid parking to a third party. I had to go back to my vehicle take a photo of the license plate (rental) and pay through a QR code. On the last day of my stay there was a notice on my car that i needed to pay for one more day, I went online to pay and was charged a large fee for not paying the full amount up front. If you are going to charge for parking, add it to the bill so there is no misunderstanding about the amount.

Beds are very uncomfortable, the door to the room had large gaps all the way around it which allowed for noise and light to come in. The must of outlets in the room didn't work either.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful hotel, staff very helpful and accommodating. Lovely breakfast, cute happy hour bar space in the hotel. Many outdoor spaces to unwind and a heated pool!

Property was clean and had dining options but the parking is not convenient and I got a random charge for no reason that I need to call about and the pool was not heated despite them telling us it was and was too dirty to swim i.

Room service was timely but breakfast was below expectations. Requested two additional firm pillows but they were not firm. Hotel was very clean so I would stay again and eat at a nearby restaurant.

Everything was exceptional except.. The $43 for breakfast, would have been on but everything was cold- eggs,bacon and potatoes. After we told the server they might want to check their warmers, they replaced all the food. They did comp us 1 breakfast..SMH We won't make that mistake again, eating out from now on..

Georgetown sheraton
Great hotel for our family vacation. Great location and a great hotel. W e had to cut our trip a few days short anf the hotels.com staff was able to get me refunded for the unused days. Thanks!

The property was great and is located next to several fabulous dining options. Only item I’d mention is they do not have a microwave in each room. There is one on every floor. Not a big deal just needed to walk a few extra steps to make popcorn.
