Stairwell smelled of smoke, mildew. No cleaning of room unless requested. Bathroom door in room did not have lock, and was a french door style. One of our room keys did not work, other one was sketchy. Too expensive for quality of building.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Upon entering the room, we did not have enough towels even though they were made aware that there are three in our party. This hotel does not have snacks or soft drinks in the room. The breakfast was great though. This hotel does not replace towels or make the beds. We place towels on the floor for those that needed replacement. For $189 per night, I believe the price is a little too much.

The whole hotel smelled funny and the bedroom smelled strongly of bad men's cologne. When I got into bed and pulled up the covers, I discovered why the room smelled so badly. The bed sheets were the source of the smell as the sheets had not been changed. There were brown spots on the sheets on both beds. The hotel staff did nothing to inquire as to why I wanted a new room (they said there were none available) nor was any attempt made to remedy the situation. The staff didn't even care. If you use your key card in the side door, it won't work and will also demagnetize your card. It makes no sense why this hotel is in The Domain, an upscale area. This place is a dump with the worst service. Don't waste your time or money. I checked out within 3 hours and had to go through Expedia to process the refund because they were unhelpful and checked me out two days after I left.

Great location, quiet, easy walking to whole foods & restaurants and shopping. Hot breakfast with eggs and waffles. Minimal housekeeping. Computer and printer were not working.

There is "no service" - including room housekeeping - unless you sign up on a clipboard at the front desk asking for it. I thought I'd rented a "suite" with a separate bedroom and living space - but it was all in one room, so my granddaughter and I had no divided space as expected since she's from the East Coast and I was from West coast and we each needed to "work" on our computers while also there to visit family. The wifi did work well, we never even turned on the TV. Breakfast - was busy- and twice in 3 mornings there was NO COFFEE? Walk over to whole foods for good coffee. I asked where the smoking section was outside? There is none, just wherever outside - no bench, no ashtray, just put my butts in the trash cans that are out there. Overall, it was fine as we could walk to The Domain. My blow-dryer blew up the first night - they brought me a replacement that worked, my keycard didn't work the first try - had to get another, beds were comfortable enough, towels need to be replaced. Wont be rushing back, but fine for the price.

Easy check in, room was clean and actually quite large compared to other hotels. I loved all the mirrors made for getting ready with 3 people easy. Close to the domain. Free parking was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay. It wasnt too expensive for 2 nights in Suite. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. I loved the continental breakfast. The staff were AWESOME. They were friendly at the front desk checking in and out. If i visit Austin again, im stating here. Im from Houston. Thanks for having us.

We were at the tail-end of breakfast and the pickings were very slim…. It is unfortunate that they do not supply the full breakfast all the way through. Some of us are exhausted from the previous travel day.

The breakfast has only one working waffle iron which staff seemed unfazed at, and the check in clerk was not friendly in the slightest. Almost felt the need to apologize for showing up! Room and hallway smelled of mold. Court yard and adjacent rooms could be heard in our room and very appliance has an obnoxious light to keep you up at night. Fixture broken, beds were worn, pillows flat and shower cold in the morning.

For staying one night it was okay, but the room was very outdated and looked run down. There was paint chips all over the floor. The toilet and the sink was okay but the shower had chipped paint and a broken handle. The lobby looked wonderful and made you feel like the rooms would be too, but don't let that fool you. Also, even though one of the three girls made my check-in quick and easy. I was not greeted when I came in. One of the girls just looked at me not giving a care. This will definitely be the last time I stay at a quinta.
