"We booked at the last minute because another property fell through. While very simple, Brit Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Quiet, friendly and helpful staff, and one of the best breakfasts we had while in France. We loved the emphasis on local products. A great stay."

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

"Excellent traditional french logis hotel & restaurant run by the second & third generation of the family who created it from the family farm and full of old farm tools and implements. Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window. "Our stay at this excellent hotel was fantastic the host Eric went over and above to make us welcome and although we had not booked for an evening meal he produced a magnificent 3 course meal, we are returning to his hotel in two weeks time on our return home and look forward to another great stay, many thanks Eric see you soon."

"We had a one night stay and we would stay in this hotel again! What a great find! Cute room and perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the pool. The facilities in the room were great: shower over bath, separate toilet, mini fridge, shutters. Lovely and clean. Lovely view. We didn’t have breakfast as we had had a big meal the previous night in a lovely local restaurant."

"The restaurant in this nice hotel is excellent and well worth a detour to enjoy. Great food, very nice presentation, local and high quality produce, both for the evening meal and the delicious buffet breakfast, the latter is the best value I have had in a long time! There is a great wine list and the waiter is knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are friendly and they have made a great effort to provide top quality and value. The hotel rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended. "
