"Excellent. Felt like a 5-star hotel. Excellent location for the city, train station & trams and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Nice sociable bar. Only negative - its needed more staff the front desk. I was delayed by a queue of guests checking in."

The location couldn’t be better — close to everything. Stay Kooook has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay when I travel! "

"We had been traveling for several days and needed to wash clothes. Asked front desk for a laundramat and they gave us the key to their private laundry, soap included. As 80+ year olds we appreciated not having to take a taxi in the wind and rain. Tom and Alex went out of their way to help in many ways. "
