The Conrad exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, inviting, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful.
A special thank you to Emilio at the Agave Bar, whose outstanding service and warm personality made our experience even more memorable. He was one of the friendliest servers we’ve ever encountered.
Overall, our stay was simply wonderful, and we look forward to returning.

"Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. ..."

"A really reallly nice hostel, each bed had its own lights and outlets. The cafe/lounge is very nice and breakfast is worth the 8 euro. Only downside is that noise travels quite easily through the building and there was a large group of teenagers having quite a lot of fun late into the night lol. ..."
