It looks nice and breakfast was great but the rooms smelled like cigarettes. Although it’s anon smoking hotel now, they probably allowed smoking way back in time and the smell is just still there! We also found a roach in a drawer And there was no toilet paper when we arrived .. But overall , it was ok for a night. The rooms look updated

So now I have to revise my review. Ok so our room we reserved had no bathroom door. They offered to refund our money and go somewhere else mind that it’s 11:30pm. Hyatt customer service said manger will give 5,000 points(Whippy Doo) which you can’t get a room unless you have 15,000 points. So over all both manager at the Augusta location and Hyatt Customer Service FAILED on me and my family. Bye bye Hyatt.
