"The ad said carpet -free. Our room had stained carpet covering the floors. The bed coverings were spotted in yellow stains, The TV only had 2 French channels.The door had no dead bolt and the door lock wad the type that you just push in the knob. The beds were hard , the furniture was really old ..."

"The staff were very helpful but there were lots of minor things that really took me out of my experience. For starters housekeeping came and took all our dirty towels but didn't replace any so I had to ask reception for more. the tap was not screwed in properly and was wobbly. the shower was terrible. ..."
