It was nice to have a home base during our stay. We had one night that was a little loud until around 10:30. The walls are definitely a bit thin. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay there again.

Its still new and we stayed on graduation weekend so the staff was a little flustered. Its a clean property, neat concept and spacious rooms. Only negative i had was that the floor had not been cleaned..at all.

We loved the floor plan which provided a small living room area/kitchen with a hidden separate bedroom area. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The only negative thing was that kitchen lacked a cutting board.

I totally enjoyed everything about my stay. I enjoyed sitting outside, but I especially enjoyed my comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. Also, restaurants and grocery shopping were conveniently located near me. If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

What a disaster! No one works there past 8pm so they email you a mobile key. It didn’t work, the emergency phone number goes to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up. It’s 10:30 pm and my husband and daughter are in a strange city with no hotel!

We only had the roll of toilet paper that was on the dispenser and no extra in the room. It was 9:00pm when we noticed so no one left at the desk on site. I checked the exercise room and the laundry room for any supplies but no luck. I thought maybe we could take one out of the restroom in the lobby but it was locked. So I had to drive over to the gas station and buy a pack. Sorry but 1 roll of TP is not a good par stock for any bathroom👎

Modern and minimal, beds were not luxurious but acceptable for a short stay. We were given an unnecessary handicap room, which had no closet to speak of, so clothes stayed in luggage on the floor. No frills, low cost, great location right by the university. Easy parking. Waited about 20 minutes to check in while lady gabbed on the phone - annoying.

Great place for families or long extended stays.
This hotel was great for a family that doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on earing out. A full kitchen to cook meals. Plenty of room to stretch out with a small living area to hang out without sitting or lying on the beds. Our room was mostly clean; I dropped an earring and got down on the floor to find it under the bed and found large dust bunnies. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but we were so exhausting from our long day that it didnt bother us much. Following advice from another review, I did pack an extra blanket but we like to sleep in a cold environment. We would stay again if ever in Auburn in the future. Staff was amazing . Had trouble with the app when checking in so i call called the hotel and the lady was so very helpful.

I’d stay here again
I loved everything about the look,spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort. Great place, friendly staff. The only drawback is the lack of sound proofing. I could hear every word of my above and next door neighbor’s phone conversations. Luckily none were late at night or too early. There’s a cool courtyard with grill and a few sitting areas. One around a big beautiful fire pit.

Very spacious rooms, which was amazing. Loved having a living space separate from sleeping space. Great kitchen! The only downfall was the uncomfortable beds, pillows and lack of a comforter. We lost quite bit of sleep due to uncomfortable beds and bedding. Otherwise, the place was amazing.

Came out here for a 2 night stay to visit my sister and it was very close to restaurants, front desk very nice and courteous, very clean and spacious rooms. Only been open for about 2 months. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will be back !

When we checked in to our room, we had an issue with the bathroom sink not draining properly. Teresa went above and beyond to solve the issue but was not successful. She immediately found us another room comparable to the one we had. Teresa is very professional and courteous to her guests. If ever in the Auburn area, I highly recommend staying at this property. Teresa treats her guest like family and is very charming with the southern hospitality. My next stay in Auburn will surely be there.
