The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I don’t appreciate being told that there’s a continental breakfast and there’s nothing not even coffee and you have to go across the street to a place to get something to drink and eat. It’s slightly false advertising other than that for the price. It was OK I would go back but would not expect to have the continental breakfast. They should remove that from their site.

Saffron Inn provides spacious and clean rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Internet is easy to connect with and is very fast. Some places are still being renovated and repainted, including bathrooms. Will be good when all that work is finished.

The place was nice once we found it . Directions weren't the best and all the locals we asked had never heard of it . Place was clean and room was big. The only negative was the people across the hall were fighting most of the night and was very loud with swearing and banging. Once they calmed down it was ok. We would probably stay again since we know how to find it . Alice

Very nice budget hotel. It was clean and beds were nice. Vending machine had very fair prices. McDonald's is a very short walk away. The only thing I did not like is that check--out time is 10am.

it was ok place to stay, overpriced for what it is given that there is probably more demand than there if supply isn this area so they can over-charge...the front desk guy was sort of creepy...

The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in fact I didn’t even stay. I just got there. I tried to take a shower and in the middle of the shower the water started spitting out brown water. I left and had to rent a different room at a different hotel. They wouldn’t even refund my money.

Only thing I liked was that it was quiet. Really upset that there was no coffee maker and asked the staff if there was a place close by to get coffee or food as was told no. Next morning I leave and see a McDonald’s within walking distance! TV didn’t work-found out it was unplugged. Only channel was sponge bob☹️ Asked the staff to help me with the tv. He was only able to get sports or YouTube which I told him was unacceptable! He got a call from someone who wanted to rent a room and he takes off. Took me about an hour to fix things on the tv so I could get tv channels. Never again!! Oh and no carts to carry in luggage!!

The room was dingy, clearly hadn't been cleaned more than a simple sweep and wipedown of the counter tops. The floor was sticky, buckled, and the floorboards were sticking up, causing us to trip on more than one occasion. The room smelled like pet urine on one side of the room. The walls appeared to be mid-renovation with many spackled holes that hadn't been painted and appeared to have been there a while, with new dings/scratches still left to fix. The small complimentary shampoo had clearly been used already, was almost empty and dirty on the outside. The floor was grimy and I didnt feel comfortable taking off my shoes. The sprinkler in the ceiling was offset and gave you the creepy "I bet there's a camera in there" feeling- though im sure there wasn't one. The first hallway near the entrance to the building smelled nice and clean, but the rest smelled like cigarettes and pot. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no staff came to speak with anyone outside or let us know it was safe to come back in. The bed was comfortable and there was a mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave in the room. Overall, do not recommend and will not be returning.

The area around the hotel seemed unsafe and the outside door to the hotel didn’t lock. The washer and dryers were roped off. There wasn’t a hairdryer. The balcony was fairly nice but just viewed traffic.
