"The location can't be beat - - the view from our patio at sunset was amazing and the trip to Pictured Rock was convenient. However, the staff was less than friendly and the breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for our room. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable, but otherwise the room was great; very spacious and everything we needed. Given the other options in Munising, this is the place to stay, but it also seems that they know this so they charge a lot and are short on smiles and warm breakfast options."

"Motel is very old but well maintained. Bed was comfortable, bathroom updated and clean. Nice little fridge and microwave. As usual in the older motels, outlets near bed are scarce and only one table. A power strip would be nice, and even the smallest of tables for your phone and glasses would be wonderful"
