"We had an easy check-in process and staff were very helpful, but the room was not in good shape. Things were functional but aesthetically broken or damaged. We had to keep all our shades drawn (even though they had mountain views!) for safety/privacy because we were on the ground floor and people kept walking by."

They reply quickly. My son wanted to go down some hills by the kids’ park, so I texted them asking about a store that sold sleds. Instead, they offered us tubes so kind! I had also forgotten his toothbrush, and they provided one for him. The room was clean and felt like a studio apartment. It had all the necessities for those who want to cook, plus a washer and dryer in the bathroom closet perfect for washing and drying snow clothes before packing. We ate at the restaurant every night during our stay since I don’t like driving at night, and it was so convenient. Thank you for making our NH trip amazing! "
