"A nice hotel within easy reach of the train station and the centre of beautiful Lucerne. The only downside for us was the room was exceptionally hot, even overnight despite having two fans running. Our stay was in the middle of a heatwave, so maybe not so bad in usual circumstances."

"This was the best bed I had in Switzerland or Italy. Another plus was the lovely, friendly front desk staff who let us check in an hour early and offered to upgrade our room on what seemed to be just an expansive mood. The AC was also good in the current heat wave and the breakfast buffet was excellent. ..."
