"The room had no shampoo, conditioner, soap, no hangers in closet, no amenities, only a half used bottle of old hand soap. Internet didn't work, no coffee in rooms, and reservation said free breakfast and there was none. They also have you wait while they walk through the room and inspect it when ..."
