"Second time at this hotel - highly recommend "

"This hotel has seen better days. I am not sure how they still maintain the 5 star rating. The porperty lacks maintainance, badly. Falling tiles, peeling paint, mold in the pool area, dated interior and furniture. Undoubtably, prices are below the nearby, newer 5 start establisments`, but nevertheless, the place is disappointing. Staff is very friendly and helpful, you cannot fault them."

"Great hotel. Breakfast was especially good, and staff quick to please. Superb location, comfortable but smallish rooms, with huge beds made for an enjoyable stay. Couple of minor quibbles, when hotel was full, streaming was affected on Netflix etc. Maybe need better WiFi, and the gym is a glass hothouse. Aircon is very effective in rest of hotel but gym was way too hot. Good gym facilities for a smallish hotel though. Would definitely book again."

"Hotel was very nice with comfortable sunbeds good breakfast and great clean rooms with excellent views. One downside was that we should have free upgrade of the room but did not get that even though we saw a lot of them not booked. Gold member at Hotels.com does not give much in this matter."

"The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great stay."

"Lovely modern room, comfy bed & smart tv. Nice view of pool and convenient side exit to harbour. Staff were super friendly, very welcoming and super helpful. Breakfast was average with limited options. Great location. Only criticism would be the fridge in the room was not cold. Would stay here again."
